"Us" is really me. I am Trudi Evans, creator, founder, publisher of As We Are. As We Are is the realization of two dreams for me. The first is to create a business from scratch and see how far I can take it. This publication is the beginning of a much bigger goal. The second is to create a place that supports women and aids them in reaching their own goals. This magazine is dedicated to providing women with a forum to speak out and speak up. It is founded on the belief that we are good enough, as we are. Our hips don't need to shrink, our clothes don't need to look better, and we don't need a tan to improve the world. Here, we can analyze, empathize, and inspire true change in our societies. There is advertising on this site to generate revenue to support the paid contributors and to support me. This is a business venture. As this business develops, I hope to see more "us" and less "me" on this page. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact me at
