A Click a Day

By Trudi Evans

Wish you could give more, but feel you have nothing to give? Have no fear, a few clicks a day and you can make a real difference.

The Breast Cancer Site allows you to click once a day and provide a free mammogram for a woman in need. By shopping at The Breast Cancer Site store, your retail dollars go toward helping more. While you're there, you can send an e-card, learn more about breast cancer, and read survivor stories. In case you haven't been inundated with pink this month already, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. The Breast Cancer Site runs all year long though - make it a year-round routine to log in and give a click.

Protect Women Worldwide works to stop violence against women around the world. This one requires you to sign up, but I think it worth spending two-minutes of my time. How about you?

A click at The Hunger Site provides free food for those who have none.

The Child Health Care Site provides free health care for kids.

Help people to read (so they can enjoy As We Are too!) by clicking on The Literacy Site.

If you've been inspired by Christy Ilfrey's articles, go one click further and make a donation at The Rainforest Site.

I feel safe in saying that contributor Grace Mitchell will suppor the clicks at The Animal Rescue Site . She's a great dog lover and she's involved in animal rescue. You might not have room in your home for an extra pooch (but if you do, you should This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it !) however, you can make one more click.

To make sure you're able to do all this clicking for a cause, stretch your mousing hand out before and after. Stay limber so you can support these, and other good causes.
